Guidelines for authors of poster presentations

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS OF POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display results of their scientific work. Posters will be exhibited on a billboard. To present your poster accurately, please follow the instructions below:

  • The poster should be placed from 9:00 in the morning of the day of your session and should be removed after finishing the poster session the same day (otherwise the organization committee will removed it after 19:00 h). We will provide material for attaching your poster.
  • The maximum poster size is A0: 1189 mm (height) x 841 mm (width)
  • Authors are expected to be present by their poster during the session
